EXHIBITOR POLICY AGREEMENT 

• I understand that OPSRC reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibitor or sponsorship registration. 
• I agree my company or organization will pay, in full, all exhibitor and/or sponsorship commitment(s) by June 1st. 
• I understand OPSRC reserves the right to remove company or organization from the event if company or organization fails to pay all exhibitor and/or sponsorship commitments(s) by June 1st. 
• I agree my company or organization will pay a $100 cancellation fee for any cancellations. 
• I understand that it is my company or organization’s responsibility to provide a high resolution logo for inclusion in printed materials and a high resolution logo that is appropriately sized for social media.

An invoice will be issued after exhibitor and/or sponsorship confirmation. 

All payments are due before June 1, 2025.  

Checks can be mailed to OPSRC, 309 NW 13th, Ste. 103, Oklahoma City, OK 73103. 

All credit card payments will include a 3% processing fee.
